Ms. Bartlett served as the Office Manager for North Pleasanton Improvement District No. 3. A $90 million freeway and interchange improvement project in Pleasanton. She was responsible for administering all contracts; actively participated in bid process and verification of compliance of bidder with requirements; review and interpretation of project specifications, and various statues and codes; processed submittals; coordinated, prepared and tracked payment to contractors; prepared, edited and tracked change orders. She also provided quality assurance and verified daily extra work reports; compiled data and prepared State- Local Partnership Funding Program (SB 300) submittals; coordinated design with engineers. Ms. Bartlett was responsible for document control in accordance with State and City guidelines for final submission and storage of all project records. Additionally, she coordinated right of way acquisition with appraisers and title companies; prepared deeds and compiled all necessary information for transfer right of way from the City of Pleasanton to the State of California. As the Office Manager it was her responsibility to balance the $90 million budget; write and manage service contracts; supervise office secretary and office engineer; prepare correspondence and reports, attend meetings, record and write meeting minutes.
