Line, Trackwork and Systems

Ms. Bartlett served in the position of Office Manager for the Construction Oversight Management Team of the BART San Francisco Extension Project (Line, Trackwork and Systems) a $563 million railway project by providing administrative support to Construction Oversight Manager, Assistant Managers and staff of 15 schedulers, estimators and engineers. She managed the implementation of procedures for tracking compliance of contract requirements for both DMJM and sub-consultants. She performed invoice verification and tracking; coordinated with Insurance Administrator for compliance of insurance requirements by DMJM, sub-consultant, contractor and subcontractors. Ms. Bartlett assisted in preparation of project manuals and procedures.
